Las Américas was established in 1992 to invest in sectors where we bring deep expertise, specialized knowledge, and hands-on management. Today, we are a leading alternative asset manager with a presence in infrastructure, real estate, memorial parks, and hospitality.
In real estate, we pioneered development funds in Chile and have become a recognized leader in the U.S., partnering with world-class local firms to develop high-impact projects.
Our infrastructure journey began in 1993, with Greenfield and Brownfield developments led by a seasoned team and an investment committee experienced in managing complex assets.
Since 1997, we have invested in two memorial park chains operating in Chile and Latin America. Today, we manage the country’s largest network, generating stable cash flows for our funds.
